• In the event of you having to cancel your stay with us, any pre-payment is non-refundable but fully transferable towards a future stay with us. 

• Cancellation can occur at any time prior to arrival. 

• There is no time limit for usage of this credit.

• If preferred, the credit can also be transferred to somebody else to use. (e.g; as a gift) 

• Please also note that the credit amount goes towards the particular tariff at time of re-booking. It is not a direct transfer of the number of cabins or number of nights cancelled.

• Please also note that due to the flexibility of this policy, cancellation reason is not relevant to us.
