By booking with us, you do not not lose any pre-payment.

• In the event of you having to cancel your stay with us, any pre-payment is non-refundable but fully transferable towards a future stay with us. 

• Cancellation can occur at any time prior to arrival. (even on day of arrival)

• There is no time limit for usage of the credit.

• If preferred, the credit can also be transferred to somebody else to use. (e.g; as a gift) 

• Please note, the credit amount goes towards the advertised tariff for the re-booked dates. It is not a direct transfer of the booking.

• Please note, that due to the flexibility of this policy, cancellation reason is not relevant to us.
