You can check in to your cabin from 4pm onwards. Earlier entry may also be possible. (from 2pm) Please contact us prior to arrival day to request any earlier-entry.We operate a self-service check-in, with cabin details texted or Whatapped to you on the morning of arrival. Please ensure you include a valid mobile number with your booking. (Someone is also available on arrival for assistance, if required.)Check-out time is by 10am. Sorry, it is not possible to accommodate extra persons beyond the stated maximum occupancy / fitted bedspaces within a cabin. This includes children & infants.This is for both fire safety and insurance reasons, and is therefore written into our Booking Terms & Conditions, which a booker must agree to in order to complete their reservation.We do not provide fold-out beds / inflatable mattresses, nor is it permitted for guests to sleep on sofas / upholstery.(Updated 22/07/26)

Sorry, we do not allow overnight stays in campervans. This is contained within our Booking Terms & Conditions. There is a Caravan Club site located at Bunree, a 15 minute walk from us, where campervans can book in. (Updated 12/02/25)

You can arrive any time after 4pm.We just request that if you are arriving very late, any noise is kept to a minimum, out of courtesy to other guests staying.

No, Inchree offers just self-catering accommodation & facilities. A comprehensive list of local eateries is here: https://www.mountaincabins.scot/eat There is a super country Pub & Restaurant located just a 2 minute walk from the cabins. (Separate business) RoamWest serve a reputable dinner menu between March to end of October. Updated 15/10/25

Sorry, we do not offer an early luggage drop on the day of your arrival. However, we may be able to offer an earlier check-in (from 2pm) from our stated entry time. (from 4pm onwards) Check-in from 2pm is dependent on our housekeeping schedule for that day, so please contact us nearer your arrival date if this is required. Updated 03/06/24
